Data Deletion Instruction
PI Group respects your right to control your personal information. If you have used our guest Wi-Fi service by logging in with your Facebook account, you can request the deletion of the data we have stored (your name and email address) at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
To have your data permanently removed from our guest Wi-Fi system, please follow this simple step:
- Send an email to our IT support team at
itsupport@pipgroup.io.
- Use the subject line:
"Facebook Login Data Deletion Request".
What Happens Next?
Upon receiving your request, we will locate your information in our system and permanently delete it. Please allow up to 72 business hours for the deletion to be processed. We will send a confirmation email once the process is complete.
